After Hours

After Hours is any service time required from AMC Technology (AMC) before or after AMC's regular business hours

Purchasing Services

If after discussing the service requirement with your AMC SE it is deemed after hours time would be required, AMC will issue a quote for the time specified.

AMC sells after hour services in 4 hour blocks

• A minimum of one 4 hour block is required
• Blocks must be purchased before work may start - PO will be accepted 
• Blocks have a start and end time
• Blocks cannot be split, start before, or end after their specified time
• A maximum of two blocks can be used within a 24 hour period
